The baseBot ORIGIN Plate Design
The baseBot ORIGIN Plates are designed to work in a number of configurations. That's why there are so many holes everywhere. The color coded dashed lines above demonstrate where different wheels can be mounted on the plate. Most configurations sandwich the wheels between two plates to provide extra stability and rhobustness to your drivetrain, which means that there are four plates in total.

baseBot ORIGIN Configurations
Here are a few assemblies we put together showing how you can use the baseBot ORIGIN plates in your robot. However, you can use these plates to build essentially any drivetrain you can imagine. Due to the infinitely modifiable nature of baseBot plates, your team is free to get as creative as you want with your designs. Just be sure to share renderings, photos, and videos of your final robot so we can share them on our community page!
